I can’t thank you all the care and attention you gave us last Saturday at Sarah and Adrian’s wedding. The day could not have been more perfect, the steam train, the ceremony, the food, in fact everything including the most glorious weather! Socialising in the sunshine in your lovely grounds with the jazz band playing was perfection. Both rooms looked wonderful and at all times you were attentive and helpful. I want to thank you a million times for making the day so special. With very best wishes We had our wedding on the 8th October in the President’s Suite. Just a note to say that we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue! You and your team are fantastic, everything was brilliant, and the food was amazing. We had so many comments on the food and venue, all positive. So a big thank you for making our day one we will never forget. To all the staff at High Rocks, we wanted to thank you all for your excellent service during our wedding last 5th November. Not only during our special day, but throughout all the organisation of the event. You were always friendly and happy to help, flexible and making sure everything was in order. We had a fabulous day that we will never forget. Special thanks to Luigi for attending to all our queries promptly and efficiently. Also, thanks to Bob the DJ for keeping everyone on the dance floor! And thanks to all the waiters and bar staff for ensuring everyone had a pleasant time. We’ll definitely recommend your services and come back for a nice meal. This is a quick note of thanks for making my 40th birthday celebration so wonderful. Everyone had a lovely time and, from what I hear, the salmon was particularly good. The whole event was a great success, so many thanks to all of your team. Last Thursday I attended the last function of the Rob Key’s Benefit season and enjoyed myself so much I felt I just had to write. The whole ambience is wonderful with the exposed beams giving it very much a country feel. First things first and the choice of well real ales in the bar was excellent and at decent prices. The staff were most pleasant and attentive so nothing to fault there. When we sat down for lunch, the service was prompt and well organised and to food was superb, beautifully cooked and piping hot. I was particularly impressed with the individual covers which I’ve not seen at a venue of this type before. Hi Maggie and Guiseppe I just wanted to say a huge thank you for Saturday night and in making another successful civic dinner and dance. I know the Mayor was particularly pleased and will be writing to you separately but I wanted to offer my own personal thanks. It’s no mean feat looking after so many people at one time and you did, as always, in such an effortless manner. The High Rocks looked magical with all the candles. I am already looking forward to next year. Thank you for the lovely food, which everyone seemed to enjoy. So many people admired the beautiful setting, which the rest of us take for granted but which makes us realise how lucky we are. Please extend my thanks to all your staff. Everything was perfect and or what I consider quite a big wedding you really must know what you are doing. High Rocks looks absolutely stunning in our wedding DVD. Dear Luigi & Team We would just like to thank you for an utterly fabulous day on the 14th May for helping with our wedding. Your help and support to us was brilliant. We and all of our guests loved the venue, the food and the service. We are so glad we found such a unique venue for our wedding. High Rocks looks beautiful on the outside at the moment and being able to take our guests to the actual rocks was fantastic. I would like to say a huge 'Thank you' to you and your staff for the service you gave us at our luncheon on the 6th April. The food was delicious; the Canapés were a great surprise and appreciated by the guests. As usual the service was excellent. Dear Sir, The four of us – my mother, father, husband and myself went to the High Rocks yesterday for a set lunch and performance by Acker Bilk. We had a wonderful afternoon and I am writing to compliment you on the food and service. You could not fault the meal – tender melon, succulent chicken and the most delicious raspberry cream dessert. Everything was spotlessly clean and served very professionally. In addition it was remarkably good value. Please pass on our thanks to all concerned. It was outstanding.
