TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
NO ROOM HIRE OR VENUE CHARGE WHEN USING THE ENCLOSED MENUS*
1) To make a booking we will require written confirmation and deposit of £1,000 (£500 for the Bell Room). Deposits are not refundable. Cancellation policy – if less than three months notice of cancellation is received we reserve the right to seek full compensation for our losses.
2) When confirming your booking, we will need to agree your arrival time.
3) The final account is to be paid in full on the day of the function at the very latest. We recommend that you settle your account prior to the function date as long delays with credit card companies are often experienced on the day/evening of the function. The final account must be paid by cleared funds, i.e. credit/debit card, cash, bankers draft or building society cheque. Personal cheques can only be accepted ten working days before.
4) A discount will be offered for functions held off peak (Sunday to Friday)
5) There is no service charge. Gratuities are left to our guests discretion. Prices include VAT.
6) Everyone has to have the same starter, main course and sweet. Vegetarians can be catered for by special arrangement.
7) Should you require any form of entertainment or a Master of Ceremonies, these will have to be organised through us. If you would like a Disco or a Band, we will need to know this at the time of booking. Confetti, including confetti shooters are permitted, but only outside.
8) Because functions are usually booked in advance, we reserve the right to increase prices. If we have cause to do so we will, however, endeavour to keep any increases to a minimum.
9) Four of our Function rooms are licensed for the performance of marriage ceremonies. If you would like your wedding ceremony held here, the following charges apply for civil ceremonies:

Charges apply to civil ceremonies only, otherwise there is no room hire charge.*

10) Your invoice will be based on the original number booked, unless the numbers increase. In which case you will be invoiced for the increased number
11) We offer a Courtesy Mini Bus Service for our Weddings between the High Rocks and any Tunbridge Wells town centre Hotel on the day of the function.
12) Corkage: Should you wish to provide your own Wine or Champagne the following corkage charges shall apply:

Sparkling Wine (750ml normal bottle size) £10.00 per bottle
Champagne (750ml normal bottle size) £12.00 per bottle
